Worst service provider

I have been sending requests to Cell c to remove their name on my credit profile for the past year with no luck I even have a paid up letter confirmation and turnaround time of when will this be rectified I wanna take this to NCR complaints and also like to warn people who consider entering into a credit agreement with Cell c to be careful
