WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

once again I turn to hello peter with no joy from CELL C, it's been almost a month and still I am waiting for my phone, which stopped working a day after receiving it, after repairs advised me that it was not my fault and that the phone will be replaced, I sent numerous emails to Danielle Abrahams who supposedly works in the complaints department at CELL C, and still I did not receive any details or phone call to advise me on anything, instead I have to call numerous times to be given different information, I called last week and was told that I would receive the phone by today for the latest, now today I call and I'm told that I will receive the phone by Wednesday for the latest, I am really getting sick to my stomach of the service from CELL C, it is absolutely pathetic, the worst service given to customers EVER!!!!!, someone better call me today or I will be going to the CEO of CELL C, Maybe then I will receive better service!!!
