Worst service provider
Still awaiting feedback from the company. Have been waiting for more than 4 months now, they start assisting you and leave you, what poor service!! Can't think that they would like bad publicity, but I will definitely tell everyone I know about this and make them leave the provider.

13 Jun 2019, 20:27I've been trying to get the contract canceled that shows its still active and I'm due for R151.32 but I've paid nudebt this amount in December 2018 already, I've been trying to get hold of the legal department ever since for them to cancel the contract I've even send them the proof of payment they requested, and I haven't gotten through to them, I even went to the branch that said they can't assist me its only the legal department that can.
And honestly I can not wait over 40 min on a phone call for someone to answer so I'm currently very furious as I've been trying to clear my name with cell c ever since and I just don't get any assistance.
