Worst Service Provider

1. Cell C has the worst network and the most ridiculous service ever. For almost several day I have had no network on my Data Sim forcing me to buy data on my vodacom line so I can stream and download. Even if there is network I have to reboot my phone every few hours or it wont pick up and there is nothing, wrong with my phone because when I use my other sim in it that doesnt happen, so much for Cell C's super fast LTE .

2. My data which I had almost 30GB left last expired, this is the first time I have heard of such nonsense and I want my data back because I was not told that my data would expire after 30days or I would have never taken out this contract.

3. I have done a couple of sim swaps in the past few month becasue I seem to always loose my cell c Sim and Ive lost my vodacom sim. Cell is probably the most expensive when it comes to doing a sim swap. Both Vodacom and MTN dealers will ask between R70 and R90 to do a sim swap on a contract line however Cell C dealers ask between R116 to R145 for a sim swap. Which is totally ridiculous.
