WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Cell C is by far THE WORST service provider that I've ever been with, in my life!

Since Tuesday I have been trying to do a sim swap and no one (Online or Branch) can assist me. Since Tuesday I've spent more than 10 hours on the phone with Cell C and they are ABSOLUTELY pathetic.

Eventually, they were able to do a sim swap for me only to find out after I have waited the 2 hours for my freaking number to be activated, MY SIM CARD HAS NOT BEEN RICAed and guess what I get sent back to the store. Because Cell C has no freaking courtesy for people's time.

I will never recommend anyone to join the Cell C group because their level of customer service is not that. How pathetic!!!!

AND JUST WATCH HOW QUICKLY I GET A RESPONSE FOR THIS REVIEW!!!
