Worst service levels from Cellc in Edgars branches

We did apply for a contract phone through Edgars in Boulders shopping mall in Midrand and they said it was approved and then they said no stock and told us to wait for new stock, after 2 weeks they have received the stock and asked some more documents then they saying its rejected. This is very very bad service and very upset and you guys wasted lot of our time as I have very good credit history.
