Worst service in South Africa

I have phoned a total of 9 times to find out why my internet is not working. I have sent an email, i have posted on facebook. With no answer and no assistance. My account is never late, I have data available and still no internet. I have been told today that the escalation number I received 2 days ago does not exist and npw I 'll have to wait another 24 to 48 hours for assistance. WORST SERVICE EVER
