Worst service in my life!!!

<p>Good day! </p> <p>I did an upgrade with Cell C Direct on the 3rd of October 2016, I was informed by the agent that there was no stock of the IPhone 6 Plus but that the stock report shows that the stock will arrive on Thursday the 6th of October, we went ahead and did the upgrade. On Thursday the 6th I phoned to find out if the stock had arrived and they said no, I then phoned cell c escalations department and spoke with a man who told me that the stock was at the airport (at clearance) and will arrive on Monday 10th or Tuesday 11th. I then phoned cell c direct on Tuesday the 11th and they told me that the stock report and the people at the warehouse said the stock will arrive on Thursday... I then phoned cell c direct on Thursday the 13th and a lady that helped me said the stock of the IPhone 6 plus did arrive so I again phoned cell c direct on Friday the 14th to be told by another agent that the stock has not arrived!!! What the heck is going on?????? I have been promised by various people that the stock was arriving and it hasn't! How do you expect me to upgrade my other 4 cell c contracts if this is the service I get? Firstly being promised and then being **** to. I am at my wits end with this and I cannot even explain the frustration! I would like you to send me my phone that I was promised! The way I have been treated is a disgrace and very disappointing to say the least! Sort this out please because it's clear that no one knows what is going on at cell c, not even head office! It's ridiculous! </p> <p>Kind regards. </p>
