Worst service in my life

I purchased a contract phone at cel c and took c surance to cover me when in need, when my phone got damaged I send it in for repairs , I send a claim to c surance never got a reply back, contacted them they could not find my claim, resend another claim, no reply back once again. Every time I try to contact them I have to hold around about 15 min just to get someone to answer , then either the phone cuts or the person on the other side doesn't know whats happening, and if the phone cuts they do not call you back. I have to spend 45 min to an hour recalling and holding just to get a answer from them, its the worst service ive ever had in my life! Ive send the phone in end of march 2015 and stil we have no reply back from them and still no email or anything and they stil have my damaged phone that I hear they may not insure it because of stupid reasons. I pay insurance so when I need something to be fixed I do not have problems but it seems I have bigger problems now. They were fast to open the insurance but now seem not to care. This is realy the worst service ive ever experienced in a company and realy want nothing more to do with them.
