WORST SERVICE! I WANT MY MONEY

THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I called cell C to get my money back as a deduction was made from my account on the 15th June! I don't get paid on this date! My contract was signed for the 27th of each month! I don't mind paying but don't deduct money when I didn't sign for it! The service at the customer care was the worst I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN TO A TEAM LEADER AS WORST AS TUMISO MOTSEPE! RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE AND 0 S**** IN SPEAKING TO CUSTOMERS! THAT GIRL NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
