Worst service I have ever experienced in my life

I called into Cell C in April to do an upgrade from data to anytime minutes, they offered me a deal for 299 for 900 minutes. This was not activated. 2 days ago I called in they said it still was not processed. Today I call in still not processed, this is now after nearly a month and a half.

My last option was just to cancel today as there could not assist me with the Voice sim only they gave me.

Cell C is the worst service provider from the experience I received and they have lost a customer by merely not activating the upgrade they gave.
