Worst service from Cell C Heidelberg Mall branch
Got the worst service from Cell C Heidelberg Mall branch. I app**** for a cellphone contract at the Cell C Heidelberg Mall Branch on the 2nd of August. An agent called Lionel helped me and got all my details and documents. Since then I called several times to find out about the application, but only got a lot of excuses and lies from the whole branch. I then called Cell C's call center to help. I found out that the application was never completed. A new application was then completed by the call center agent. Please do not go to the Heidelberg Mall Cell C branch.
