Worst service from cell c

Never in my life have I ever seen a company that fives you a penalty because you pay the month and a month in advance and still deduct a month off even if it was paid in advance . I have been on the phone trying to resolve the issue and still nothing has been resolved. The worst service ever.atilk don't deserve the 1 rating I have given .
