worst service from all cell c from cpt to jhb

Before the 8th of feb I went to the cell c in canal walk, requested the iphone 6 plus as it was being advertised on a promotion and the price was good. Canal walk didnt have and told me no one in the western cape has. After calling some other branches myself it came out that the phone is discontinued(yet still advertised by cell c). On the 8th of feb, I went to the Kenilworth centre branch, big against the wall they had an adverti*****t of the iphone 6s for R449 on the epic 150. The consultant Roshana told me that they dont have the phone in stock but prices are valid till 20th march. They also had the hauwei mate7 gold for R499 and no stock(but that phone is also discontinued). As I have recently moved I contacted the branch in Sandton. One of the consultants took my name and number as they were receiving stock the 9th(today). I called them, and was informed that the price went up. How was that even possible! I received the worst service from them. I called Kenilworth, asked them what they were advertising@the mamager had repeated what I saw with my own two eyes on the 8th. Iphone 6s R449. I want the phone for the price I saw or I will take this further.
