worst service

I wanted to do an upgrade this morning and when i phoned they said i am due for an upgrade but every month i pay late, but every month my debit order goes of as scheduled. I've been a customer with Cell c for more then 10 years and they refuse to let me upgrade, i even have my bank statements where it shows that they do not struggle to deduct my money.
