Worst service experience ever!!!

Good day,I would like to cancel my contract with cell c because the brand has shown no reliability and honesty. I signed my contract at the beginning of august with the assistant of your sales consultant who came to my house. I was very optimistic about doing business with Cell C taking into consideration that you are a big brand. I have since been disappointed by the amount of disregard I received. I waited for my modem to be delivered from August till today, nothing has changed. There were instances where I had to work from home because your consultant would have promised to come bring the route to my house but he never pitched. I would then have to follow-up on him and still get no tangible response. I don't want to be associated with such unreliability especially because I have been patient enough. Please cancel the contract.
