Worst service ever received cant even sort out a complaint.

So its been 3 month months without my phone..already launched 1 complaint..got contacted and problem still didnt get sorted...customer care says they cant help..insurance department points to repairs...repairs point to customer care..and i get f@#ed around like a ping pong ball without getting anywhere..call customer care again..and they give me head offices number...amazing result...no god damn answer...look up the local head office..drive there and the branch doesnt even exist anymore..
