Worst Service EVER received
I am beyond frustrated. Have been loyal client for 10+ years. First time claiming insurance for a cracked screen. Been without phone for nearly 4 months now. Second time they sent phone back unrepaired. Just phoned 084143 and cancelled contract. Will never renew again. Most shocking service ever received. I want every cent I paid on insurance refunded immediately. I am taking back my phone as is and having it repaired myself.

22 Apr 2021, 13:28I had no response from them. Yesterday 16.45 they said claim still suspended waiting for reply from Hollard. This morning 8.15 CellC shop says phone sent back unrepaired. I fetched phone now and phoned 084143 to cancell contract. Want all my money back that I paid on useless insurance.
