worst service ever received

<p>I have been trying to do my upgrade for my business line for two weeks now and cell c has given me the worst service ever! First they canceled the upgrade without even letting me know as the wrong devition did it. Then they send me to game to do it there just to be told I can't. After a week I was told it will be done withing 24 hours with no success. The lady that now did the upgrade was so rude and just sent me the email stating it is approved. I asked her when I will receive the phone she didn't even answer me. The gentlemen I spoke to in the beginning, I have been trying to get hold of him for 2 days now. He is always away from his desk and will phone me back, but never does. This has been more that 2 weeks and no one has phoned me to organise the delivery even though I got the email stating it was confirmed. This is the worst service. I have to follow up the whole time and they put the phone down in my ear today as well!most of the consultants I spoke to was very rude!!!very very disappointed. </p>
