worst service ever make promises but dont keep to it
<p>i took out i wi-fi contrack with Cell-C FOR 20 GIGS a month for R299 pm the following day upgraded my contrack to 60 gigs for R499 pm the 2 month i got a bill of over R4500.Phoned the store where i took the contrack and told them about the issue they then call there head office and i was informed that the fault was on there side,i was told by the store manager and given a letter that the correct amount will be taken from my account,right they took over R4500 called them and was told it will be refunded to me yes i am still waiting every day i get told the monies will be paid to me empty stories till now i am still waiting for my money.this morning i call the store to be told the manager is on leave and will phone him to find out about the matter the leval of service at cell c is bad the worsed i have ever had.All i want is my money that they owe me is that wrong to ask for they made the mistake not me but now i must wait for them not fair.</p>

till no no call from your consultants,but spoke to one off the consultants at the Lephalale store and was informed that u are still busy with the case.but in the meantime i must wait for my own money this is not right this is like *****ing no u are *****ing my money from me that is what u are doing i will end my and my family contrack with u and tell them how u stole my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yet again promise made but not kept was promised that my monies will be paid but till now nothing i am sick and of hearing sorry Mr Botes your monies will be paid just wait ***** that i want my money that all.
