Worst service ever I will not recommend them

This is verby bad service with Cell C they said I can upgrade May, then there were problems so they said I can upgrade June so they phoned I sent them the letters that was needed I signed everything confirmed everything now the say I can only upgrade in July and when you phone head office they refuse to help and hung the phone up in your ear.
