Worst service ever from Cell C

I had a dismal encounter with Cell C the past few months.. I went in for a upgrade on my contract last month at the Cell C shop on Woodlands Mall, Pretorius Park.. I was told that my application will be considered and the saleslady just excused me and said they will call me.. After 3 days of not calling me I wrote a review om hellopeter I was told by someone (Still not sure who the person is) that I will be contacted regarding my upgrade.. Well going on 4 weeks nothing, no call from anyone.. But I am in the process to cancel both my contracts as they did expired a year ago...
