WORST SERVICE EVER FROM CELL C

I have just had it with Cell C. Phone returned from the Repairs in a good condition and when I put earphones on to listen to music no sound is coming out. Earphones are working fine on the other device. Before booked in the phone to repairs I could listen to music through earphones. Now they have damaged my phone. I phoned the Cell C Repair Centre only to be told that I have to book the phone in for repairs AGAIN and I have to wait 7 - 14 business days. Cell C blacklisted my phone without my consent I had to go through the unblacklisting process which was nearly week. I have just had it with Cell C. I am really irritated by this poorest service. I cannot pay again for Cell C Repair's fault. I deserve a new phone! I waited a month for my phone to be returned.
