WORST SERVICE EVER FROM CELL!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. NO FEEDBACK AT ALL This is my third review in a short space of time about Cell C. Really frustrated at the lack if competance and service delivery. I have had many contracts with them over the last 15 years and have paid by debit order and then my contract ended in June this year and I did not want to renew it anymore ,so I called many times to put on record that I want to cancel my contract and this was not done timeously by them as they indicated that there was no record of my request. I then politely asked them to cancel again and it was finally done by the end of June but they still charged me R179.00 for July which I did not even complain about.My problem started when they did not take it out via debit order as was done for many years and then handed me over to attorneys who harrassed me until I called the call centre to ask them what it was about and they explained why that I owe them money.I was shocked as I know that Cell C has always debited me .Even then I asked them for their banking details and made payment immediately and have even sent them on many occassions proof of payment to different email addresses given to me by their contract customer care staff but have had no joy with that.They have even went to the extent of listing me as a bad payer when I have never defaulted a payment in the past and have ruined my credit rating.I want them to remove that from the beaureu as I feel I have never been a bad payer and I have always been debited by them on time.This is uncalled for and completely unfair to a good paying customer. I have sent too many emails and made too many calls and get no joy and I want answers immediately!!!!
