Worst service ever

If i could do no stars i would my account is still not sorted they keep on submitting payments on my account that does not even make sense 1220.40 for what and the want to charge me for a faild debit order i will not pay for it you need to sort my account asap and all the submitting you have **** without my consent and if i need to apply for something you cause problems because of you not doing your job properly
