Worst Service Ever Experienced

A person openened a contract from Cell C on my name. Had to struggle for 4 months to get it stopped. Asked the questions, who signed for the phone, where is the recordings of me agreeing to this contract to no avail. Finally got stopped and acknowledged. Been struggling for a while now to get a refund. And now I am being persued by debt collectors because of this.

Logged a call to get a refund for the amounts of money taken by Cell C from my account without my authorization 1******x8.

Sunday I got a call from a debt collecting company, claiming I am in arears on my account with Cell C. Could you please explain this to me. I am now tired of phoning your call centre and asking for information that is not given to me.
