Worst service ever!!!

I have had the worst experience with cell c in the past month. I have been trying to get a settlement letter for an account that expired in December so I can dispute the account with the credit bureau. The call center keeps tossing me from one operator to another each time I call and say they will have the letter sent within 2 days. The last operator I spoke with cut the phone on me after I explained to her that this was my fourth time calling within the month. I have sent emails which were never responded to. I went to Cell C at Mall of Africa to have them escalate the issue for me and they said I would have the letter sent to me by Wednesday and still nothing!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service and frustrated really I was loyal on my payments and you can’t give me a simple paid up letter??? Nonsense

I have so many reference numbers!!!
