Worst service ever
i have been with cell c for 6 years now and i have had it i'm not a slow payer and pay my bills every month but they keep on giving my details to the credit bureau and making my name bad they listed me as an slow payer and dragged my credit score in the mud my account wil be closed from end of this month and they will never see me again, i phoned them and mail but no response puts me on hold for 30min and don't answer my calls, this is S**t service

15 Nov 2022, 08:07this is not true my account is not in arrears cell c cannot tell me for which month even, all my payments are up to date and i have the proof of payments in hand it was send to the collections departments with no feedback, now you are making my name bad on the credit network because your system is not working and not allocating payments this is not the way to do business.
