WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Do not upgrade your Cell C contract online. You are guaranteed to lose hours of your life getting nowhere!

After being stalked by Cell C for weeks to upgrade my account I finally decided to upgrade. On Friday afternoon 16:00 the upgrade was complete. On Monday morning 08:00 I received my phone. The wrong one. After hours on the phone amd being transferred to one department to the other (while everytime having to do a security check) someone finally helped me. That Thursday the incorrect phone was collected. The next Thursday I ohoned Cell C to asked what the next step was. 'Oh they see they already received the phone'. Now oth would take 24 hours to receive a sms. Then I should phone in then they will reverse the upgrade and the process can begim again. One week later I phone, no its still procecing. Today, one week later, phone again.. No its still processing. But did i return the phone??

I asked to speak to a manager. They would phone me back that same day. Nothing

Its been a month now and still no phone, but I am paying the upgraded amount.

DO NOT EVER UPGRADE YOUR CELL C CONTRACT VIA THE PHONE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
