worst service ever cellc
the worst service ever .. my sim card isn't working so went to the cellc store they gave me a sim so that I can call and do it but the f...... problem is they before they can do a sim swop theu ask 5 question to get all 5 correct before they they can do it ...1 your full name 2 id .. 3.. where u stay .. 4 how much air time u have on your phone as its a prepaid and what date did u load the air time ... and 5 whats the last call u made ... its a business phone I call on whats app and don't use airtime .. cellc u need to catch a wake up 4 questions i got right but not knowing what what date I loaded air time u are *******

Unfortunately you would have to pass the security check as it cannot be voided. This is especially important when you're doing a sim swap.
