Worst Service Ever - Cell C Potchefstroom

Cell C Porchefstroom Mooirivier Mall - Worst experience so far. Upgraded contract and took 2 new contracts with new Huwawei phones for my parents. EVERY MONTH there is an issue. The debit order goes off every month but no data and no airtime on the Huwawie phones. The one new sim receives someone else's banking activity ect. The debt collectors constantly harass my father for who-evers debt every day. Did a sim swop for R200 - the same problem continues. The Huwawei phones constantly give problems, took the one in - NO PROBLEM FOUND. This month, again, the debit order goes off, one Huwawei has data and airtime but the other one does not. I CALLED THE STORE 13 TIMES AND THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN EVERY TIME I CALL. Worst Service Ever. I have been a client of Cell C for 10 years and decided to cancel my contract.
