Worst service ever by two service providers

I have never ever experienced such low service. Im not even sure if its Cell C or RAM but they are both to be blamed. I qualified for a pocket router, and I was called on the 26 June to be informed of such. Its the 20 July and yet I am still waiting for that router. All I am asked every time Im called by either RAM or Cell C is my address. I give them my address every single time, yet I will be told that its not on their system. For the past weeks I have been told of the parcel to be delivered on Friday, Yet I have now passed 3 Fridays and still nothing. Today just now I was yet called again by Cell C to check my address again, where as in the morning I was called twice by RAM couriers. I even got an sms that the parcel will be delivered today. The sms had a wrong address that I didn't even give them.
