Worst service ever

I did an inquiry on the 12/02/2020 about a service that i cancelled more then a year ago. I was informed i will be called back within 48 hours with a solution of the bad service. Im still waiting on a phone call and today is the 18/02/2020. And to top it all when i ask how far along is my inquiry process the reply is, this matter is sent to the relevant department, you will be contacted shortly, and im still waiting on that phone call.
