Worst service ever
The service I have received from Cell C is pathetic. On the 30 April I called in (my call is recorded) to migrate my contract from the unlimited packaged to a R399 package due to lockdown restrictions which have prevented me from working. This was not done. I have sent emails, called through and spoke to supervisors, who have failed to rectify this problem. My line is now suspended due to arrears on this account. The most *********** bunch of people. I just want this rectified so I can move my contract to a better network. Worst service i have ever received!
