Worst Service EVER

Cell C is the worst people to deal with, since Monday we have been transfered from one person to another person, from one department to another department. All this for just over R300 which was paid in 2015 (take note same month the payment was due) and proof of payments sent to cell c and mmm capital and to selectonline. Then Cell C legal says the upgrade can go ahead then retentions says no they are waiting for legal department. We are at the point of just cancelling all contracts with them, we do not need this from Cell C after being a loyal paying customer for many years now. FED UP with terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
