Worst Service ever at CellC

Good Morning

I took my phone to cell C for repairs its over a month now. they said I must pay access fee and I did that now they say they don't a have technician. why did they ask for the access fee then. and they are being rude they give the worst service ever.Why cant they replace the phone with the one of the same value
