Worst service ever and still not helped

For the last 2 weeks I have tried to take out a contract with Cell C but nobody gets back to me and every one has an different progress stage on my application, Then it is approved then it is declined then it hasn't been processed yet then they are waiting for the order to be placed then it is declined again. They just hang up in your ears and when you ask to speak to there supervisor they will put you on hold for 30 minutes then just hang up.
