Worst service ever

I'm not one to easily complain but Cell C keeps on to astoun me with the worst service ever. I wantes to upgrade my contract only to find out that i was sold a ''sim only deal'' which also laps over 2 years. So now my contract needs to be amended in order to upgrade. This process was explained to me and told that it will take up to 48hours however we are on day 4 now and still nothing was done and was told the relivat department can only see what that can do next week. When i ask to transfer me to the relivant department, i was shot down as there are only certain people that can get in cantact. I also asek to speak to a superviser and as alway, was unavailable. With service like this, no wonder cell c is having having fanacial losses the past 2 years. I would strongly advise customers to reconcider there choice of network.
