Worst service ever

I have a problem with my internet. They contacted me only after I complained on Hello Peter.

After explaining everything again over the phone I was told that they will launch an investigation as to why this is happening and it will take 7 days??? What bull**** is this? 7 days after I told them what the problem was???

So anyway the 7 days has passed yesterday and I haven't heard any feedback on this matter. Are they really that dumb to think that I will just leave it???

I want this contract cancelled. My time has been wasted enough and I'm sick of the incompetence you are showing.
