worst service ever

the worst customer service ever. i took a contract online from cell c and tried cancelling it several times because they kept deducting more money unti they resolved it. now when the contract was to end they never sent anything to show that the contract was due to be renewed or cancelled they just changed my contract terms to more than 100% more. they never told me this when i was taking the contract n now i have to pay for the contract for another 2 months because when i cancel now i should pay for march n april. pathetic never take a cell c contract
