Worst service ever

My experience with Cell C was really unpleasant one , after going back and forth, paying outstanding fees , I was placed under debt block for one late payment,and now can only upgrade after 3 months, one thing I really don't understand is that why must I keep on calling the services of main office when I can just go into a store , I keep on receiving messages that my payment are not going through and according to my records I own them nothing , I needed a new phone asap as I am leaving the country in January for a few months I really am frustrated with this company and will be cancelling my contract soon , sad part is that I needed a new
