Worst service ever

If I could give Cell a minus 0 I would have. I am so mad that last year I took a laptop around May when the laptop came in the simcard of the router wasn't working when I called them they said that I have to load data by myself then I am thinking what is the use of getting a contract with them if I have they wont offer them on a contract basis. I got the worst customer service where I was transferred from one person to another,none of them where sure on what was agreed on. I asked them to cancel the contract within 3 days of receiving, I had to be the one calling them following up on when they will come pick up the laptop,when they eventually came I asked them to make sure that the contract was cancelled they said it is cancelled. I am being harassed now by their lawyers that I owe them R12000 but when I go to their shops they said they can only see that I need to pay 50 c.....Previously I went to their shops and they said I shouldn't worry about anything,everything is sorted. I call multiple times but they saying there is no record on their system. I wouldnt recommend Cell C to anyone.
