Worst service ever

<p>On the 15th of May 2016, I booked my Sony C4 in for repairs at Cell C Menlyn. They told me it would take no more than 21 working days to get the device back. On 13 June (21 working days later) I went to the Menlyn shop where they told me the device can not be repaired and the are waiting on a new device that will be delivered in 48 hours. One week later I went back to Cell C Menlyn where they told me they DON'T KNOW where my device is. It is now 28 working days from the day I booked my device in and when I phone the shop theres no answer and the phone just cuts out. This is by far the worst service I have seen in my life. </p>
