WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Out of a great burden with deep feelings, My dealings with CELL C CALTON CENTRE. had a great start with prompt response trading hours 9am; however that soured very quickly over a period of 09:05am, when i ask why we still looked outside As trading hours is 9am.consultant Benjamin strew my sim on the floor and said he will not help all i needed was 200GB DATA.Please refer to your camera from 9am to 9:10am

Disgusting service, poor customer relationship s****s, passing the buck, ill treatment of customer, withholding information and down right repugnant attitude from Benjamin. After series of questions from me, Pretty Ntombi Ngwenya help as he refuse help or give me his Full names. I wonder if Benjamin is the real name. As other STAFF refuse to give me his FULL names.i will escalate my experience with CELL C CALTON CENTRE." on all social media platform. Consultant Benjamin" Must be fired!! His attitude and blatant stuff worst service ever.
