Worst service ever
I wish there was an option of no star rating!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is pathetic on all levels. I have been trying to cancel a contract with them since January and nobody can help me, how is this even possible??? I am being debited every single month for something that I have not ever used. I cant even begin to comprehend this. Somebody do something!!! This is highly annoying and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been asking for assistance since Feb. I have resorted to reversing my debit orders but nobody cares to call to ask why?
There are no documents as all contact has been verbal with the contact centre.
