Worst service ever
Worst service received from cell c store in Mosselbay western cape. I have spoken with renaldo regarding a data deal. I signed for upgrade on the deal, he has copy of my id and all details on system. The copy of my id the store had was too light according to head office. Renaldo informed me i must bring my id the next morning to make a better copy. When i arrived at cell c the next morning, i was informed i cant continue with the data deal upgrade because the deal ended the previous day. Renaldo then should not have told me to come back the next morning, but shows thw inconpetence of staff in store. Now i already cancelled my current data deal, and cant upgrade to the new one. Pathetic service
