Worst service ever

I went to the store today 2 Feb to ask why my daughter's airtime is disappearing when my daughter don't use her phone at all when I been told that she is a lyer. He repeated few times. Then he spoke in African language in front of me and when I ask him to speak English he said he wasnt talking to me. I've seen another complaint today about Patrick. And I think I want to say. He need to go!
