Worst service ever!.

I have a contract with Cell c which I wasn't able to pay due to retrenchment. The consultants contacted me every week asking why I haven't paid to which I responded I was retrenched, arrangements were made between me and Cell c to pay my arrears at the end of the month of June so I don't get handed over, which I adhered to and paid. This morning I received a phone call from NuDebt telling me that Cell c handed me over to them and that I must pay my account the 15/16th of this month to avoid being blacklisted, to which I rep**** to the consultant saying I was not even aware that I was being handed over and added I made arrangements which I kept to and paid. They did not notify me that I was going to be handed over and on top of that they soft locked my phone so I can't use it at all but they still expect me to pay for the data They put on my phone.

Once my contract is finished with them I'm definitely moving service providers. I've always been 100% behind Cell c and telling everyone how great they are but after today I honestly think any other service provider will be better than Cell c .
