The saga finally concludes!! And with an extremely unhappy ending. After stringing me alone for 2 weeks with broken promises and lies, now my contract that was approved is now declined.
They forced me to cancel my contract with Virgin mobile as that was the only thing holding back the delivery of my phone, which they didn't have, and now because they stuffed up my contract is declined.
The credit problem was there from day 1, but all of a sudden it is an issue. Rather decline immediately then customers wont see how bad your service is. Cant believe the difference between cellular and fiber of the same company.
Good afternoon Ryan
There is a process in place, where the sales team will process the necessary details then send them through to credit vetting and based on the findings a decision is taken whether the application will be accepted or declined. The contract which you wanted to take was declined by our vetting team based on the record you have with the other company.
There is no way that a consultant would force a customer to cancel any existing contracts they have elsewhere in order to have their phone delivered.
