Worst Service Ever
I am highly ****ed with the service you guys offer us as customers. The amount of *********** people working in Cell C Kokstad branch is highly shocking. took my phone for repairs first week of December 2017 which i kept on calling and the phone keeps not being answered and finally when they do they telling me about C Surance back and forth they having. When I phoned in today to enquire about the phone no one knows anything about my phone and the way forward they telling me that we just have to wait. my phone has been with them for 3 months now.
